Ummm…is there anything I should be needing help with that I’m not thinking of? I think (hope) that we’re planning on just showing up, seeing what/who (Becky and Timothy of course!) we want at Saints and Sinners, and the rest of the time doing whatever–visiting, sightseeing, harrassing Marika at work, etc.

Ahh … Davidp from NYC… of course I know who you, I see you on Greg’s diary often! I got the name FROM Greg, because I am sometimes a little witch… like SAMantha on Bewitched. The Dewinter comes from Greg as well, because I call him Danvers … Dewinter just seemed to fit for the two of us. We have beebn BFF for sometime. Do you read his Chanse books? If you have you know that Paige is a hellish bad driver… that is all me, baby! It’s so cool to see my bad habits immortalized on the printed page. 🙂 Of course the “gay men who love them ” was a given… although you guys will get all the good waiters and we will get scraps. Damn.

I had my first beignet in (of all places) Portland, OR. Can’t wait to try one in New Orleans!
We made beignets once in french class in high school. They were pretty good, although I’m betting they’ll be better in New Orleans.
