I came in to the remote office this morning to find this on my desk.
Four–four!–brand spanking new containers of dental floss. Can it get any better than that? I didn’t think so.
Until I opened this photo in my e-mail:
And found out two of my favorite people in the world are going to be parents, making Lynne a grandma for the first time and me a great (or grand?)-aunt for the eighth time. =)
Congratulations, Laura and Jess.
yay! to floss & new babies!
have you tried the clean paste floss?

I don’t believe I have. But you can bet it’s in my future. Thanks!
it’s the only kind i’ll use now. a little pricey, but some things are just worth it. ha
but yay for babies that smell so good!
Congrats to the whole family! I’ll bet Lynne is beside herself with joy.
You know it!
Congrats on the new baby and dental floss! New babies remind of me the wonderful smell of their heads. Why is it that their heads smell like spring? Oh, and the little shoes…aw
Thanks!
Very nice. : )
I’m all happy for them. =)
Congrats on being a great-aunt for the eighth time, Becky. That’s great news!
And I’m secretly lusting the dental floss. Satin Floss is the BEST. I recently ran out and I’ve had to make do with Glide. Can you imagine?
Thanks!
Satin is great, but Glide’s not SO bad. I thought I’d never run out of a recent generic dental floss that found its way into my medicine cabinet. Thank goodness that’s over with.
Congrats on both!
Thanks!
Which were you more excited about, the floss or the baby? =0) Nice new pic in the banner, btw!!
Thank you.
The baby. I swear.
Does this mean there really is a Floss Fairy? Congrats on the pending great-aunthood, too!
If you believe there’s a floss fairy…
Thanks!
I do believe in fairies, I do, I DO.
I do believe in fairies, I do, I DO.
I do believe in fairies, I do, I DO.
Peter Pan
There’s no way that new dog of theirs is going to fit into that wee T-shirt.
Ha! As Tom said, there’ll be four hundred pounds of dog and eight pounds of baby in the house.
Awwww…..Good for them!
Regarding their dogs–they have the doberman, Seig, and the American bulldog, Sue. They just adopted a mastiff, Sam.
Can you imagine feeding all that dog?
Wow. No, I can’t. 🙂
I’m just imagining all that Mastiff drool. (Although I just looked them up, and apparently the American Mastiffs don’t drool?)
That baby is going to be soooo spoiled! Congrats to everyone! =)
Thanks!
