You would think, looking at my photos, that I sought a co-editor and contributors to the anthology Fool For Love: New Gay Fiction on the basis of handsomeness alone. You’d be wrong to think that, however, as I can’t imagine a more talented group of writers. It makes me want to start another anthology right now just so I can invite them to contribute.
Paul Lisicky is the author of Lawnboy, Famous Builder, and Lumina Harbor.
Paul’s contribution to Fool For Love is “Two Tales.”
Trebor Healey is the author of Through It Came Bright Colors, A Perfect Scar, Sweet Son of Pan,
and edited with Amie M. Evans Queer and Catholic.
Trebor’s contribution to Fool For Love is “Trunk.”

Greg Herren is the author of two mystery series set in New Orleans.
He has also written erotic novels, and he edited with Paul J. Willis Love, Bourbon Street.
Greg’s contribution to Fool For Love is “Everyone Says I’ll Forget in Time.”
David Puterbaugh has had several short stories anthologized.
David’s contribution to Fool For Love is “Thai Angel.”

‘Nathan Burgoine’s first short story, “Heart,” is his contribution to Fool For Love.
Famous Author Rob Byrnes is the author of The Night We Met, Trust Fund Boys,
and When the Stars Come Out.
Rob’s contribution to Fool For Love is “Happy Hour at Café Jones.”
Mark G. Harris’s first short story, “Love Taps,” is his contribution to Fool For Love.
Trebor Healy, Fool For Love co-editor Timothy J. Lambert, Mark G. Harris, David Puterbaugh, and Rob Byrnes.
The writer who contributed “Matchmaker,” Shawn Anniston, was also at Saints and Sinners,
but alas, no pictures.
Famous Author Rob Byrnes don’t got no eyes!!!!
(But at least he has his own damn name tag!)

You smile with your eyes. That’s why it’s so infectious.
I’m so bummed I missed my shot at meeting Trebor Healey! Though after the shock of meeting you, I might have found it all too much, and may have swooned.
I’m with ‘Nathan. I loved this shot and picked it because of the real smile. I’d sit around a pool or on a balcony with FARB any time.
But when is he gonna have his own LJ account?
It’s the gin.
Woo hoo!
Awesome photographs, Becky. 🙂
Seriously, the best photos on my camera were all taken by other people. It cracks me up but makes me sad, too. Next year, when I’m more myself, my photos will be better, I hope.
Okay is it me , or is David a little 007 in his solo shot? I feel a little swooney!
A handsome set of authors indeed!
I was thinking the same thing, Marika!
Great pictures!
Thanks!
Those are fabulous, Becky!!
Thanks, Gary. I hope between all of us and our pictures, you’re feeling a little like you were there, too. =)
I’m really enjoying the pics and the posts. The group pic of Lisa’s did make me a little envious, though. LOL
Here’s a suggestion — for charity, of course:
Calendar. Nude Calendar.
Like I said, for charity. Not for any other disgusting reason.
Oh, I totally agree. We’re givers, really, aren’t we?
I can’t believe I’m in the same book with all these people. I feel the sudden need to step up my game — or get a facial, since they all look so shiny and cute.
Jeffrey R.
I’ve seen enough photos of you to know that you’d fit right in.
God, I don’t even remember taking that photo! Perhaps a better title for my story would be been Have Another Cocktail. 🙂
If the Bourbon Orleans looks a little short, it’s because I photoshopped out someone next to you so the focus would be on you, because I really liked this photo of you.
I was wondering what happened to the Bourbon O!
Maybe I’m missing the point of this post, but I think you’re saying that if I publish one of my short stories, I’ll be a hot, wildly pursued jetsetter. Yep, that’s why I wanna be a writer when I grow up. 😉
You’re ALREADY a hot, wildly pursued jetsetter. You’ll have to find some other motivation for being a writer. Perhaps the vast wealth you’ll accrue?
Haaaa–am looking at checkbook and can’t stop laughing (bitterly) at what I just said.
Some of the happiest smiles I’ve seen all together in one place for a long time!!!
Fabulous men, fabulous writers . . . thanks for sharing!
*waves to Greg*
You’re most welcome. I’m glad you enjoyed them.
