  1. Arn’t you supposed to pick a (one) song? 😉

(… I see your true colours shining through …)

Orange Crush – REM, for the ADHD in me

    1. Yep, pretty much why I confessed at the outset, Here’s a list, because I can’t possibly pick one.

Other categories will hopefully be easier.

      1. I don’t think this is a fair challenge; it’s more like revenge of the ear worms part infinity minus half (the A sides), but, at the same time, people get to spend the next 30 days singing songs that keep their soul moving, good or bad, better or worse.

Anyway, I’m looking forward to them.

          1. I did have an LJ; that’s how our paths crossed, but, alas, I lost interest in writing in one. Also, there was no real way to undo untold damage to moving my photos around that were URL linked. LJ’s userbase faded, and then Russia took over LJ. I closed that book. Maybe someday I might try a new journal, but I would have to live somewhere just as interesting as that ol’ college town of that past that started the whole LJ thing for me.

            1. I remember–did you delete your LJ account completely? Now and again, I’ll have reason to look back at those days and think of all the people I met through LJ. We had a lot of fun there, but some crazy stuff went down, too. That’s pretty much happened historically since I first started using the Internet. First it was AOL chat rooms, then AOL message boards, very little time spent on other social media platforms, but then Facebook, and finally Twitter–craziness seems to always take over in one way or another.

It’s new level now, and I’m SO GLAD I’M NOT A PRE-TEEN OR TEENAGER trying to navigate this. I read a terrible article a few days back that made me think a lot of parents have really lost their perspective of even adequate parenting. Everything in search of the almighty dollar.
