I always offer my phone to the dogs, but they turn away. I’m glad. No telling who they’d text or what they’d say. Pretty sure “need more treats” would be part of the conversation.

But what if the dog is not in your back yard and you’re inviting him to come over? Or just sending him pictures of the squirrels in the EBYS because he’s quarantined and sad and lonely? Of course, my dogs do none of this for their friends. Probably that opposable thumbs challenge.
