Oh how I love the history of that place. And funny–but the characters in my current work in progress are inspired by the great art and literature that flourished in Paris and on the Côte d’Azur in the 1900s because of the gathering of artists and writers in those places–and how the two groups influenced each other.
The first draft of the first novel is complete and now undergoing edits. It will have to be two novels. Instead of making it shorter, I only made it longer. Oops. I have no concerns. If published, they will be self-published. I get to make my own rules. =)
