Very nice poem.
(And for some reason, this.)
Thanks–it’s always nice to find a new (to me) poet whose work I enjoy.
One of the saddest scenes I ever saw happened in, of all things, one of the X-Men movies, when a boy’s father rushed into the bathroom to find his son had mutilated himself by cutting off his wings.
More metaphor. Very sad.
I like this. Much food for thought.
Thanks. It certainly made me think.
Wonderful.
In the literal sense: these are the issues that angels deal with every day!
In a metaphorical sense: I love my wings and wouldn’t be without them for the world.
Because of the flying. =)
I would sign up for a class with you in a heartbeat. Will there be snacks?
Well, we know one of your potential classmates would bring the fondue.
Thanks!
