Ha ha ha! I’m going to have “Cell Block Tango (He Had It Coming)” from Chicago in my head the rest of the day.
Very annoying.
We bought the Christmas issue of Attitude (a UK gay magazine) at Sainsburys and it got caught in the conveyor belt, tearing off the cover. Chris (politely) made the checkout operator get an undamaged one off the shelf. I think I would have been too scared to ask.
Don’t be scared! Any store should be happy to replace something their equipment damaged with a good copy.
