Sometimes, I don’t think it is a permission issue. I think it’s more the self not letting go enough so that I can relax. 😉
I can understand that.
We need permission because of Judeo-Christian guilt, I think. And capitalism.
That’s why I’d love really to be able to grant permission. Guilt is a waste of energy.
