What a sweet face! I’m so glad she is a safe and happy dog now – hope she finds her forever home soon.

Dogs are so much easier to win over than cats. When Penny came here, she’d obviously never gotten any petting, so she shied away from it. It’s so nice now when she comes up and demands attention like any other dog around here. She’s come a long way from the timid girl who used to live in a parking garage.
