If only I’d been as clever as you back here, I’d have written an entirely different poem.
It makes me raise an eyebrow and utter a hopeful “Hmmm?” like the Skeksis.
Had to look it up. Now I’m wondering if I ever actually saw The Dark Crystal or just parts of it as I wandered in and out of a room when it was playing.
This reminds me of that Patrick Swayze movie, Ghost.
Hmm, someone told me another of these poems was the plot of Dirty Dancing. Maybe everything in my brain is a rehashed Patrick Swayze movie.
