Happy birthday to my friend James!
The other day, Tim and I were at the Galleria (I know…that IS weird) when I spotted this book:
Er, I guess this is NOT a book, but whatever. It has all kinds of quirky or creative instructions inside, and I liked this one:
So I did it, and here is the stream of my thoughts:
For more information on This Is Not a Book, you can check out author Keri Smith’s web site and even purchase the book from her. Or find it at your favorite local or online bookseller.
Wait, does this mean I should stop trying to find the Compound on Google Earth?
Try Google Mars.
OVERSHARE—yeah. Most of the people I read on LJ (I don’t think) have that problem, although there is an exception.
I’ve been thinking for the past two or three weeks about Blogger X. Blogger X is writing from something of a “victim” perspective, but in fact, X’s tone and subtext give me far more insight into X’s character and behavior than I think Blogger X would want anyone to have.
Fortunately, Blogger X is not on LJ, and I doubt that anyone I know reads that blog (and I’ve never linked to it).
OMG, I LOVE Kerri Smith! I’ve been following her for forever. Her “how to be miserable as an artist” list is on my “inspiration board” behind my easel at home. I’ve always wanted to pick up a copy of “Wreck This Journal” and play along… but keep getting busy with other stuff. Oh man, and I’m super in love with her “real life tweeting.” Okay… done gushing now. I just loooovvveeee her work, and… Gah! Overshare!
Stream of thought
I didn’t know that a stream of thought could be so, er, linear. Or, was that TMI? 😉
