Wow those look just like the chicken breasts I killed on the grill the other night.
I was trimming the weeds by the front porch, running after the dog who thinks ALL the road is his yard, and field questions about why my 15 year old can not ‘just drive’ down the road to pick up his flip flops. Holy crap!
And I really wanted those chicken breasts too.
Yikes, poor Debbi. If it had been my main course, I’d have sat in the middle of the kitchen floor and cried. It was just bread. Tom went to the store and bought more and I started over.
I’m not a great multi-tasker since I hit menopaturned 35.
You had a camera in here, didn’t you, watching me guiltily toss them some charred bread crusts? I was all, “Isn’t a little charcoal good for the digestive system?”

menopaturned 35.When something like that happens here, our standard phrase is: “The dogs will eat it.”
