That looks really good. I had something recently while out with friends that blew me away too. It had penne pasta, with a sort of alfredo sauce with whole mushrooms. Hmmmm so good.
That looks even better than mine! I’m glad everyone enjoyed it, although I certainly can’t take all the credit. Someone at Ronzoni came up with it before me. 🙂
