  1. Now, that is magical. All we ever found in our back woods (early teenager years) were tree forts, and we continued the tradition and made our own. They’re all gone now. The “front” woods (the back woods of the town houses on the other side of the street) were all removed to build a useless church and yet another shopping plaza. This was about of mile long, and most of it was taken up for the useless church’s parking lot. I say useless, because they only built part of it and quit. For over 8 years, nothing happened. All those trees gone for nothing. I wish the unicorns would find the magical amulet of the banana king and make those trees come back! đŸ˜‰

    1. Oh, I feel you. The woods I loved most and had so much fun exploring as a girl were destroyed, along with the beautiful old house we lived in, so they could build cheap motels and a steak house. It broke my heart.
