Last year Tom, Debby, and I discovered that a few days before Christmas, Kohl’s begins staying open 24 hours. Thus we had a great night of shopping in 2018. No crowds, quiet, sales associates in a good mood. So we decided to do it again last night, even though I was actually finished with almost all of my shopping. But I can always find more stuff, some of it for me. Like this great Mary Poppins Hallmark ornament. My photo doesn’t show you the detail of the London skyline she’s floating over, and she seems a little wilder-eyed than the always-poised governess usually is, but it’s a great little ornament for a Mary Poppins fan like me.
