Yes, that’s Poppin’ Fresh, also known as the Pillsbury Dough Boy, who debuted in the mid-sixties. I had a stuffed Poppin’ Fresh when I was a kid (I think my mother had to send in proof of purchase and maybe the cost of shipping). He’s got a silly laugh in the commercials.
