All of them! I don’t think I have panic attacks as such, although my ex is convinced that that is what I had when I passed out at work a few years ago and was tested for a heart attack.
I, too, had a panic attack sometime in the early 2000s that led me to ask Tim to take me to the ER. I feared a heart attack because the symptoms were as described for one. I’m glad neither you nor I ended up with a heart attack, but panic attacks are awful.
Awful enough that I’ve written them for a character in the saga.
