Kuni makes that tart
I make something that LOOKS similar and is called “fruit pizza,” the pizza name having to do with the shape and not connected to pizza at all. I make a crust, then there’s a layer of cream cheese mixed with sugar, and then the fruit. This tart looks better. And prettier than my fruit pizza (shown below).
