I know I’m a cliche but “as you wish.” Although I am also really fond of the multi-endings in Clue, and the ending in Dead Again.
I also vote for Princess Bride and Clue.
I alternately vote for Life of Brian and The Muppet Movie
Classics, of course. =)
I honestly don’t think I’ve seen all of Clue, or else I haven’t seen its multiple endings. And I didn’t watch Dead Again, if that’s the one with Emma Thompson, because though I LOVE her, I knew it would be too much suspense for me.
But I finally got The Princess Bride under my belt, even though I’ve seen it only once and can’t quote copiously from it like everyone else!
I will tell you that the Emma / Kenneth divorce devastated me like no other celeb divorce because to me they were Grace and Mike … and it was so amazing. I saw it at the Movie Pub in Tampa with my old roomie Ashley — and we loved it… the details are amazing, but I don’t think it was that suspenseful…. it was, but it was rated R, but darn if I could say why.
Okay, I went back and watched the trailer … it might be suspenseful … I’ve just seen it so many times… I have two copies of the DVD and it is on the DVR perm do not delete list
“For never was a story of more woe, Than this of Juliet and her Romeo.”
Now that is one sad ending. =(
or … never was there a tale of more woe, than this or R2 and his c3p0
Shirley, you jest.
Stop calling me Shirley
I’m pretty sure I know every line of dialogue in that movie.
There’s no stopping, in the White Zone.
Jim never vomits at home…
Nick! Heath! Jared! There’s a fire in the barn!
I had this book when I was young, but I guess it’s one of the ones that was eaten by bugs when my mother stored them in a shed behind Terri’s house.
Just kidding.
It’s a big building with patients, but that’s not important right now.
I LOVE that quote. And use it all the time about other things.
I am going to sound ridiculous with this…but oh, well.
I have found satisfying the end of many movies. But one made me cry because I love it, so much.
Breaking Dawn 2.
There are times that I just watch the ending because I love it so much…
Of course it’s not ridiculous to me at all. Most people think I’m a little nuts because that whole set of movies soothes me. =)
