I don’t usually answer these in the post–maybe sometimes in the comments–but most of my friends know I have two favorite words. One is “snausages” and the other is “jackal.”
I don’t know why.
Who goes there? Please leave comments so (An Aries Knows)!

I like Lollygag – and could do it professionally!
IiiiiiiiiiiIIIIIIt’ssss…..”
However, recently I went to a gift shop and some little todler in a pram was trying to say, “Butterfly!” But all we heard was a very high pitched “Buttfly!” over, and over, and over…
Ask T. about “bunganuc”. (It’s the name of a place in Brunswick, Maine.) My other favorite is “Tuckahoe”. Either is good as a stress reliever when loudly preceded by “OH!”.
As you might have guessed, HUZZAH!!! is my favorite archaic exclamation of surprise and excitement.
Also I enjoy snausages with scrambled eggs.
B. J. Novak’s book: The Book With No Pictures, “BADOONGY FACE!”, a favorite with our kinder kids.

I like phrases like “bamboozled beagle.” John and I make up a lot of terms for light grouchiness to make each other smile. “What’cha fussin’ for, fussbudgie?” Or “What’s made you such a grumblebunny this time?” As you might imagine, usually I’m the grouch. But those are probably my favorites.
“Fussbudgie” sounds like a word that would be in a certain story I’ve read…
