Very, very true. Never forget.
It won’t apply in the States, but this year has been a big one for remembrance on this side of the Pond.
Our sorrows, our remembrances, our celebrations–all a part of this huge thing called life, even though some events remain incomprehensible.
Sadly, I think there are a lot of things that are incomprehensible. And what makes them more incomprehensible (if that’s possible) is that many of them are perpetrated by humans.
Oh, the worst of them are–but fortunately, those humans are a minority. Most of us just want to go about our lives, and some are heroic.
