This is one of my favorite shots from transport day on Thursday: Patti holding Conan close.
Later Thursday night, we had winter. In fact, Mike, the transport van driver, told me it was going to be warmer in Denver than it was in Houston. Lucky dogs!
We don’t know if it was cold-related, but a large pane fell out of an upstairs window in Tim’s apartment. Nice weather for an open window! It may, however, be the only time this year when mosquitos won’t be a problem.
Today, The Compound has been busy melting.
I heard you were a little frozen today. Right now it is 9 degrees here, if that makes you feel any better.
I would die. Or be wrapped up in an electric blanket 24/7!
Trust me, I did not send my wicked winter weather your way. We’re having more snow tonight. And Conan is one cute pup.
Oh that Conan is definitely a heartbreaker.
We’re warmer here tonight, thank goodness. It was COLD last night and today when I was outside. Don’t know how people who live in wintry places bear it.
Conan looks sad to be leaving.
I’ll bet that sweetie pie will still have his ability to turn on the sad face to score treats, walks, and belly rubs in his new forever home.
Wow. It seems Houston may have been colder even than here. It feels like winter has finally caught up with us today, though.
Have you had snow this year?
Nope. Not one flake.
