Mindful Monday

  • relieving stress
  • embracing the imperfect

Can we not all use some of that? Can we accept that every moment of our day doesn’t have to involve work and industry and money and worry and time saturated with passive distractions? It’s really fine to spend time with yourself in an environment that calms you. Five minutes? Fifteen? An hour? Make it your own. For your health.
