Never underestimate the power of a really large word either. Mom visited me last weekend and we watched Marry Poppins, the one, the only, the original supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. We also watched the Lord of the Rings trilogy movies of the early 2000’s. My attention span was completely fried, well into the following week of work. But it’s still priceless when my parents visit me, particularly when I’m feeling not.
I was missing you and hoped your time was being spent on something you enjoyed, and my hope was met–movies and time with someone you love. And Mary Poppins is the best. Hope the good feelings are continuing. =)
I agree. In hindsight, people are saying it was silly for Kamala Harris to emphasize joy. Maybe among a population who find joy only in hate. I’d rather have her joy than their hate any day.
