That’s rather a pretty frock, though to be fair, the balloons are my favourite part of the pic.
I have had those balloons forever–I think they were sold with the cake decorating supplies in the grocery store. I’ve found them useful many times.
I covered the entire floor with balloons for my thirtieth birthday party.
