I know you’ve wondered what I’ve been listening to the last few days while I wrote, so here you go. (I kid. But also, here you go.)
Lyle Lovett, 12th of June; Bob Lowery, Yellow Light; Sarah McLachlan: Afterglow; Touch; Fumbling Towards Ecstasy; Surfacing; Solace; Tara MacLean, Passenger; Christine McVie, In the Meantime.
I’ve cleaned out my phone again, and I’ll put these behind a cut because there are A LOT. If it doesn’t resonate, it’s probably not meant for you (not all of them are meant for me, but they made me think of situations in my past or in the lives of other people I know). There is no order here. Only a few are humorous–though we may not share the same humor.
Be careful what you wish for!
BELIEVE IT!
I absolutely love that heartwarming tale about a fish that fixes boats and gives limbs to disabled people.
It’s as if they should have made the first Jaws movie in 3D instead and stopped right there. I heard recently plans are afoot to make History of the World Part 2 after all. They just don’t know when to stop.
But I would pay to watch Jaws, backwards.
It would be great to watch Jaws backwards–and I wonder how they’d handle that ominous music with the more upbeat plot line. =)
Here are a couple of Instagram photos with my newest coffee cup. The Life of Sharks is a great strip and Barry makes recurring appearances. Barry is…a problem.
Just when you thought it was safe to run in to the bathroom…
NEVER let your guard down!
