Every day I see something new that breaks my heart
Each week, I’ve been reducing my screen time a little more. I want to be aware, to know what’s in the news, but not to let it overwhelm me. I think the way you’ve sought solace in the beauty of flowers is good for you!

Providing yourself time in the sun or connecting to the natural world, if you can make it a habit, rewires your neural pathways to fight depression (and anxiety). What old people would once say is common sense is actually science, too.
I would love to break into a flowery botanical garden on a spring night with Monte and just dance dance dance with him in the blossoms. Just spin with him to Don’t Go Breaking My Heart. That’s just the song I imagine. I imagine Dash with us in spirit dancing too. I have been thinking of his little Dashing self lately. I bet if Delta with is her paws would ouch the ground, I bet she flies when no one is looking
