Yesterday, February 26, was Levi Strauss day.
Blues, you say? I have a lot of characters who love the blues, sing the blues, and have the blues because all this fabric is here, and still they have no new denim threads.
I got the Levi button fly sew me some faded denim blues.
Well, by perhaps a slight coincidence, I just by chance was wearing Levi Jeans, though actually because those are the only kind of jeans I have since the shops reopened last May no thanks to the pandemic. However, I don’t care to wear those 501 kind, as they have too many buttons.
But those buttons are handy for craft projects!
I love the butterfly embroidered on the pocket.
I can’t take credit for that–the jeans came that way. But not wanting to lose the butterfly was one of the reasons I chose those jeans to make the little bag I made.
