I like the colors of the jacket and the dress, but I don’t see anyone wearing the jacket in the summer in New Orleans, well, during the day for sure. Maybe at a party in the middle of the night with the AC on.
If the school uniform doesn’t allow shorts, then shorts are banned in a heatwave. I wish school boards would stop trying to bend words to get out of not allowing the students to wear shorts in a heatwave. I completely support and applaud these guys:
