popcorn and snowcaps … and then I can eat them together like chocolate ice cream … unless there is a self buttering bar … then I go with well buttered popcorn only … and always ALWAYS a cocacola icee
Movie popcorn is one of my favorite things. I never put butter on it, though, and I’d be sorry for the butter-loving people who have to share with me except I DON’T SHARE. Ha.
What I smuggled in.
I’ve been a smuggler, too, in my younger years. These days, the closest I get is taking a Crystal Light powder to put in the bottle of water I buy–no soft drinks.
There’s no substitute for movie popcorn, so I have to pay the premium price!
I stopped buying popcorn when several of the local chains started using pre-popped corn. When I was a kid, I always bought a box of Jujubees that lasted for an entire double feature. These days I usually just pass on the concession stand and if the concession stand sells nachos or burgers I pass on the theater.
Ha!
Sadly, I cannot remember the last time I was in a movie theater. It may have been when I was still teaching and we took a group of students on a “field trip” to see the first Harry Potter movie! Sigh. I lead a quiet life. (malted milk balls = yummy) (but don’t eat popcorn at the same time.) 🙂
Ice-cream. Popcorn makes too much noise in my head when I’m trying to watch a film.
