Even though it’s not the best photo–a little blurry–this is my favorite one from Thursday’s transport. This is sweet little Luna, a six to seven week old Staffie mix and her toy pig, who she loves very much.
Who goes there? Please leave comments so (An Aries Knows)!

I came here looking for Twilight. This is better
Now I understand your Photo Friday comment.
Oh my God! Sod Colorado. Send her over here right now.
Ha ha! She’d be a great companion for Scruff!
Very true!
Trouble is, I think Chris would insist on another Yorkie to make it equal…
RPM has transported a few of those, too.
Sometimes, when I read these Rescue
911Pets Movement, narrated byWilliam ShatnerBecky Cochrane, I get memories of old BBC TV showing children being evacuated from the London blitz. Then, I see a dog together with its toy pig, sticking their tongues out and winking at me, and I think: Colorado is about to become a happier place.
I wish Houston would have the success rate of other cities and states with their successful spay and neuter programs. Then there wouldn’t be over a million stray and homeless dogs and cats to try to evacuate!
But thank goodness for those other states like Colorado until we get smarter.
Puppy tongues are always so cute. And Mlle. Renee reminded me that while pink pig tongues are cute too, bacon is better. She also reminded me that our fifth anniversary will be coming up next Friday, and asked, “Isn’t that the bacon anniversary?”
Tell Renee from me that it’s ALWAYS the bacon anniversary. And happy anniversary to you two for finding each other five years ago.
OMG, I’m in love.
I know! But I’m telling you, I was hard pressed not to fall hard for this guy, too– a two month old male pittie named Toates. GORGEOUS!
