Where’s Dinah?
Perhaps she left the kitchen to work on the railroad?
Every time I read the title to this entry, that song pops into my head. Curse you, Pavlov!
You show him Fido.
She’s getting so big!
I know! She’ll be six in March. And Hanley just turned five. Eek!
But what’s she going to do when they stop selling lightbulbs for the oven on January 1?
The new versions of the oven use electricity. No more lightbulbs.
Shocking!
Ha!
Coincidentally (well, nearly), here is today’s (2013-12-30) Closer to Home comic from Go Comics website.
My nephew the snowboarder should see this. Much less expensive than his gear, I’m sure!

Definitely relates to the discussion! Poor Eve. I should warn Lila this might be her fate one day if her grandmother’s stove should stop working. =)
So sweet!
And I was just going to ask when the new grandbaby is due, popped over to LJ for a minute, and saw the photo of you two! Congratulations to the whole family!
Thanks! Hopefully that will be it in the grandchildren stakes for a while! I feel terribly old to have two step-grandchildren – and Chris is still only forty-seven! It’s all good, though.
You’re both very young granddads. Makes it even better because you still have energy for their antics. =)
