I was never wild about this movie. I guess it was probably because I don’t like plaid.
Only ten more creative days to go.
Ha ha! I’ve only seen parts of it. I had to go check out some youtube clips to see if there was any scene I could re-create.
Did you have to make the trench coat just for this photo?
Nope, that’s one of Ken’s coats–that’s why it’s a little big on Monster High’s Jackson. I’ve really been digging into the Barbie and Ken fashion this month to dress these dolls. It’s all reused and recycled fashion around these parts.
Your brain amazes me!
Why thank you very much! I did copy the drawing from the movie poster, but I discovered, via Draw Something on my iPhone and again here, I can’t draw plaid! I have to work on that.
“Carlotta was the kind of town where they spell trouble T-R-U-B-I-L, and if you try to correct them, they kill you.”
Love that movie!
I think you’ve seen every movie I’ve never seen.
it’s Steve Martin, how have you not seen this? It/s not gross or bloody – although perhaps off beat
There are tons of movies I haven’t seen.
And maybe related, I have an iffy relationship with Steve Martin in movies. Sometimes I like his movies, sometimes not. So he’s generally not a “must-see” unless there’s somebody else in the cast who’s a big draw or if someone who understands my taste in movies recommends one of his films. (Example: I probably never would have seen Parenthood but my nephew Daniel knew I’d love it, and he was right.)
YOUR track record at knowing what I’d like? NOT STELLAR, Big Trouble.
What is not to like about the Porkchop Express!
I know. I’m an uncultured freak.
I think your plaid is just fine. 🙂 And I love the monochrome of this pic!
Thank you–on both counts!
