Ha! My cat has acted in the past as if she were quite certain that ghosts were going to get her, complete with howling and being afraid to be left out alone overnight. It’s the main reason she gets locked into her crate at night. Teehee!
My dogs love their crates–sometimes I think they carry on because they want me to crate them–then they can sleep without being expected to guard everything. So exhausting to be a dog, you know.
