No. And I don’t judge. Everyone makes choices they know aren’t in their best interest–not wearing a seatbelt or driving at fast speeds, eating the wrong foods, diving off cliffs, not practicing safer sex. And for people of a certain generation, smoking was a socially acceptable addiction they developed when the risks weren’t generally known.
