100 Happy Days: 63

Does anyone else see a Sky Shark in this photo? Just me?

My sister is the one who said “sky shark” to me. I didn’t know, and I suspect she doesn’t either, that the sky shark is a “Doctor Who” thing. I need to watch that series some day…

Sharks make me happy. From a distance.

ETA: My outline of what I see is in comments.

  1. no – i don’t see a shark. However, driving home yesterday I did spot Godzilla. She was lurking in the sky near my house. If only I’d had my camera available as i was driving. it was a cool cloud and the way it was behind a house added to the whole vibe. It made me laugh.

    1. I have illustrated my shark vision below.

Godzilla is a good sighting–but thank you for not whipping out your cell phone and endangering your life. And car.

          1. i seem to recall from the distant past a Godzilla movie where SHE is protecting/defending her young…

my older sister must’ve told me about it…

            1. okay .. Godzilla is the King of Kaiju, I am going with dude … and I remember the movie, Son of Godzilla – who was named Minizilla … godzilla stepped on his tail to get him to shoot atomic blast. Apparently the Dept of Children and Family Services was pretty lax in 1960’s Japan.

PS … this is not My Fondue.

    1. Yeah, I see it now, but until today, I thought you saw a Sky Lark, which made me wonder where the wheels went.

        1. When the ’72 Polara of my LiveJournal icon blew a rod in the engine, I needed a car to do a work project that had me going 90 miles a day, so I couldn’t afford the time and money to fix it.

I ended up with a used version of the last of the Skylarks, a dreadful car with no acceleration. The rear flashers kept failing, and the seat hurt. I swapped it for my Mom’s old Saturn as Dad needed a car and Mom wanted the PT Cruiser.

Anyway, the part from the jaw to the fin could be the body, but it would take more imagination to fit in the tires and those really long Buick doors.
