So difficult to accomplish some days, but very true nonetheless.
I love reminiscing about and remembering the past–and hey, the bad times are what I call “material”–but holding on to the bad stuff cheats us out of now. (And truth be told, my real challenge is not to worry about the future–what a waste of now worry is!)
